In the treatment of these diseases, an integrated approach and steadfast adherence to the doctor’s recommendations, including, as a rule, correction of the diet, are important.

First of all, contact with the irritant or allergen that caused the disease should be eliminated. In some cases, you can limit yourself to external treatment with antibacterial lotions, corticosteroid ointments, creams, aerosols. In more severe situations, antihistamines, anti-inflammatory drugs, as well as antimicrobial and antifungal drugs are prescribed.

Prevention of dermatitis

To increase the period of achieved remission and prevent relapses, it is necessary to adhere to the rules of hygiene, avoid stress, take medications with caution and take care of the skin.

In the diet, it is necessary to limit the use of smoked meats, any fast carbohydrates, canned food, chocolate, eggs, citrus fruits, salt. It is recommended to wear clothes made from natural fabrics, use hypoallergenic cosmetics, carry out moderate water procedures (no more than 1 time per day). It is necessary to exclude contacts with possible allergens, limit stressful situations, use neutral detergents.

If the place of work involves direct contact with toxic and chemical substances, it is important not to forget the safety rules, to protect the skin and respiratory tract from their effects.
