“We invite ophthalmologists to take advanced “Phacoemulsification of Cataract and Vitreoretinal Surgery programs” training courses.
In order to train highly qualified specialists in accordance with International Standards, the Ophthalmology Training and Simulation Center was officially opened in our clinic on December 25, 2019, with the help and support of our President.
The exclusivity of this project lies in its implementation, which makes it possible to organize the first ophthalmological innovative Training and Simulation Center in the countries of Central Asia.
The training is carried out on the complex simulation apparatus Eyesi VRMAGIC, made in Germany.
From December 2 to December 14, 2019, on the base of the Innovative Clinic of Doctor Maksudova, the first group of ophthalmologists underwent a joint 72-hour course on “Phacoemulsification of cataract” on a complex simulation device (Eyesi VRMAGIC).
In 2019 we headed by Zulfiya Maksudova the director of the clinic, together with the First Deputy Minister of Innovative Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan – Rajabbayev Sharof Rakhimberdievich, in the presence of Professor of the Department of Eye Diseases of the Tashkent Medical Academy – Bakhritdinova Fazilat Arifovna, with great pride and respect, presented the first certificates to our course graduates, it was an exciting and such a joyful moment for everyone present.
We hope and believe that this project will:
- Improve the quality of ophthalmic eye surgery specialists without leaving the country;
- Reduce the number of postoperative complications by half, which ultimately will help reduce vision disability;
- Create a competitive training system for ophthalmic surgeons;
- Introduce an objective system for the admission of specialists to carry out certain surgical procedures, confirmed by a special computer program;
- Allow exchanging of experience with leading foreign ophthalmological centers in this area;
- Increase the ability to provide medical services in the field of ophthalmology to an even larger number of people.
We invite ophthalmologists to our center for advanced training courses on the programs “Phacoemulsification of cataract” and “Vitreoretinal surgery” on innovative equipment, now this opportunity has appeared in our country, in our homeland, for each of you!
