Purpose of the program:
- functional restoration of the operated limb;
- restoration of the support along the axis of the limb and the correct stereotype of walking with additional support;
- increase in the volume of movements in the operated and adjacent joints within acceptable limits;
- restoration of strength and balance of para articular muscles of the limbs and trunk;
- prevention of contracture development;
- restoration of stability in an upright position;
- increasing physical performance.

Duration of the program:
The rehabilitation period is 14 or 21 days. The effectiveness of rehabilitation depends on the number of days.
Rehabilitation of the “Medical rehabilitation after endoprosthetic of joints” program:
- Round-the-clock observation of the patient – medical post.
- The attending physician of the patient is an orthopedist.
- Survey plan (terms are determined individually at the beginning and at the end of treatment):
– laboratory tests – a blood test, a general analysis of urine;
– ECG;
– electromyography of leg muscles;
– polysomnography. - Consultations of medical specialists, members of the rehabilitation team: orthopedist, physiotherapist, cardiologist, psychologist, LFK specialist.
- Treatment procedures:
The DMS clinic has a wide range of therapeutic and rehabilitation methods used in most clinics in Europe. Complex rehabilitation includes: VIP-therapy
polarized light, low-frequency magnetotherapy (Italy), electromyographic biofeedback EMG-BOS (Russia), medical-gymnastics, hand massage, BOS therapy (Russia), HiToP – high-tone therapy (Germany), kinesitherapy according to the Bubnovsky method (Russia).
The plan of examination and treatment is made individually by the attending physician, changes and corrections are possible.
